What to include
- Identify the copyrighted work, or provide a representative list of works covered by the notice.
- Identify the material you believe is infringing and provide enough information for us to locate it, such as the exact page URL and the relevant image or gallery.
- Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so the claim can be evaluated.
- Include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Include a statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Include a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
Review and response
We may request clarification, restrict access while a request is reviewed, or forward relevant information when legally appropriate. A knowingly material misrepresentation in a copyright claim may carry legal consequences. This page does not provide legal advice.
